Mr. Warshawsky was born in Los Angeles, California. Prior to entering the legal profession, he taught American history, government, and economics at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Warshawsky and his wife reside in New York City, where they enjoy theater, opera, and ballroom dancing, and recently discovered the joys, and frustrations, of golf.
