Mr. Piotrowski has represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters, including employment discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment cases, federal and state lawsuits for unpaid wages, including minimum wages, overtime pay, and prevailing wages, and civil rights and constitutional law cases. He has served as a litigation consultant attorney for several of the largest law firms in the country, working on significant national and international corruption and compliance matters. He has experience with jury and bench trials and has briefed and argued appeals before the federal and state appellate courts. Mr. Piotrowski handles cases effectively and efficiently, from inception through completion, and has a track record of obtaining outstanding results for his clients.
