Warshawsky Law Firm Represents Employees Victimized By Unfair DEI Policies

If a rose by another name would smell as sweet, then discrimination by any other name is just as odious.  At the Warshawsky Law Firm, we believe that all employees, regardless of sex, color, or creed, are entitled to a workplace free of discrimination.  All employees should be judged based on their qualifications, talents, work ethic, and job performance.

As reported today in Bloomberg Law, there has been a rise in lawsuits challenging corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies that allegedly subject white and male employees to hostile treatment at work – and courts are allowing such lawsuits to proceed.   The article notes:

Early-stage court victories for White employees’ DEI program-related hostile work environment claims have cracked open the door to more use of this legal tactic, as employers brace for more suits over diversity initiatives.

In our opinion, this is a very welcome development.  One of the fundamental principles of the American legal system is Equal Justice Under Law, as inscribed above the entrance to the United States Supreme Court.   Federal and state antidiscrimination laws do not countenance mistreating white or male or christian employees because of who they are, any more than they permit other forms of invidious discrimination.

At the Warshawsky Law Firm, we fight for the right of all employees to enjoy a nondiscriminatory work environment.  If you or a loved one has been victimized by a corporate DEI policy, please contact us to discuss your case.  Statutes of limitations apply, so do not delay.
