Founding Attorney

Steven M. In his career, Mr. Warshawsky has served as an Assistant United States Attorney, an associate at prestigious national law firms, and a law clerk to federal judges.   He has tried numerous cases to verdict in federal courts in New York and Washington, D.C.  He has briefed and argued numerous appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals.  He has represented Fortune 500 companies, chief executives, and senior government officials.  He has litigated complex and cutting edge legal issues.  His scholarly articles have been cited by courts in New York, California, and Texas, and by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
