Warshawsky Law Firm Statement on COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates

The COVID-19 vaccine mandates currently being issued by federal, state, and local governments, as well as private businesses, represent the greatest act of domestic tyranny in our lifetimes. The Warshawsky Law Firm stands with all freedom-living Americans who will not kowtow to authority and are prepared to fight for their rights.

Our position is that there is no valid scientific or legal basis for requiring all Americans to get the jab. Despite what we were told when the so-called “vaccine” first was rolled out, it neither prevents a person from catching covid nor prevents a person from spreading covid. At best, it supposedly reduces the likelihood of a “serious” case of covid – but the evidence is mounting (from the US, UK, Israel, and elsewhere) that the jab itself causes very serious illnesses and death. Furthermore, there are non-jab treatments for covid that have proven effective wherever they have been tried, including in foreign countries not under the sway of the CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma.

Whatever the public health dangers caused by covid – and there is evidence that total deaths have not increased during the “pandemic” (but may be increasing now due to the vax) – requiring all Americans to get the jab is not the solution and violates their most basic human and constitutional rights to bodily autonomy, personal choice, and freedom of conscience. It is increasingly clear that the vaccine mandates are not truly about public health, but about controlling ordinary people, enforcing social and political conformity, and enriching the pharmaceutical companies and their cronies.

While legal challenges to the vaccine mandates will be difficult to win, they are a necessary weapon in the fight for freedom. Legal action could involve challenges to the mandates themselves and lawsuits challenging the decision by specific employers to deny reasonable medical and religious accommodations for workers opposed to the vax.
